Our assistance covers the application, obtainment and administration of national, European and international technical property rights (patents, utility models), designs and trademarks, as well as the defense and enforcement of property rights domestically and abroad.

S&N Seyer & Nobbe acts as a team of professionals from different technical fields on behalf of their domestical clients and their clients abroad and represent their interests in Germany as well as before the European and International Patent, Trademark and Design Offices.

The processing of property right applications is carried out in either German or English. The partnership works closely with a highly-developed and longstanding network of colleagues all over the world in all matters of protection of industrial property.
