Jessica Färber

Jessica Färber is heading the trademark and design department in our office. She is a trained foreign language correspondent and passed the patent paralegal exam in 2015 with the best overall grade possible. In the following year, she successfully completed further training to become a patent advisor. In 2023, she completed an additional further training as a trademark and design advisor. In addition to her daily duties, she is also responsible for the firm's trainees.

Ms Färber has been an honorary member of the examination board for patent paralegals in North Rhine-Westphalia since 2016. Since August 2018, she has also been teaching patent paralegal classes at the Max Weber Vocational College in Düsseldorf on a part-time basis. Until the magazine was discontinued, she also wrote regularly as a freelance author for the "Infobrief Patentbüro" and has been an IP speaker at training events since 2021.
